Announcements in,
verified content out.

A production system built for a corporate-communications firm serving ASX-listed companies. It monitors price-sensitive announcements, extracts and structures PDF releases, and produces review-ready email, video, and social content, with deterministic verification of important numbers and mandatory human approval before anything goes out.

Client

Corporate-communications firm serving ASX-listed companies

Role

Discovery, system design, build, deployment, iteration

Domain

Price-sensitive disclosure and market communications

Constraint

No unverified number reaches a published output

ContextOperating environment

Four companies. One communications operation. No room for error.

Each market announcement begins as a source document that can contain narrative, tables, figures, dates, and price-sensitive numbers. From there, the communications team needs consistent content for several channels without losing the source of truth.

The core design question was not how to generate more content. It was how to move faster while preserving traceability, verification, and a clear human decision before publication. The source remains authoritative. Generated language remains a draft until the workflow proves otherwise.

Production evidenceSelected review outputs

One system. Three reviewable outputs.

The source and email follow a public Forrestania Resources Limited announcement through the workflow built for the corporate-communications firm. The video adds a historical production example from the same delivery system, showing how the pattern extends across announcements.

These are real production artifacts, not interface mockups. Private instructions, inbox data, credentials, and implementation details remain excluded.

Lady Lyla project update

A historical production video carries field imagery, announcement highlights, and project context into a branded, review-ready sequence.

SystemControl architecture

From source document to channel-ready output.

The system separates extraction, transformation, checking, and approval so each state can be inspected rather than hidden inside one opaque generation step.

The operating judgment

Use AI where language needs interpretation. Use explicit checks where facts need certainty. Keep a person at the publishing boundary.

Preserve the source

Important claims remain traceable to the retained announcement and its original location.

Verify the exact

Numbers that matter pass through explicit checks instead of relying on fluent generation.

Hold the boundary

Publishing remains a deliberate decision by the communications team.

GatesWorkflow proof

Every transition visible. Every gate justified.

Select a stage to inspect the operational logic.

Listening / Stage 01

Monitor

Watch approved sources for a new market announcement and retain the original release as the reference point.

OutcomeDelivered capability

A more controlled operating capability.

Path

A shared operating path

One visible sequence connects incoming source material to review-ready communications.

Control

Controls where risk enters

Verification and approval sit inside the flow rather than relying on memory or best effort.

Evolution

A system designed to evolve

The workflow can be observed and improved as new formats, channels, and edge cases appear.
